RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer you a full refund or exchange. You can cancel your order, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt. You have to inform us in advance through explicit statement that you have to send by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling our telephone number.
If you decide to terminate the sale contract, we will offer you a refund of what you have paid to buy our good as well as the shipping costs you have paid to receive the product. In order to return the product you have to inform us within the time indicated above. You can contact us for assistance. You must return products with no delay.
Shipping costs for returning goods to MANENTE Rosaries are at your charge.
We will refund all payments that MANENTE Rosaries have received by you with regard to the item you are asking for a refund (including shipping costs) within 14 days since your information about your will to return or exchange the item. A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, or to any method you will indicate. In any case, you will not incur any additional cost as a consequence of this reimbursement. We can keep such reimbursement till we get the item or till you give us the evidence of your return, depending on which condition takes place first. You should note that you have to return merchandise within 14 days since your communication. You have to afford the direct shipping costs for the returned merchandise.
If you have used the items other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items, you are liable for the diminished value and we may reduce the amount of the refund accordingly. Merchandise must be in the same condition as the delivery. Items must be returned intact, not used and not damaged. In order to obtain a refund or an exchange, the original good must be exchanged in its original individual packaging (for example the box) and where applicable, its warranty certificate.
We want to remind that for personalized or custom-made article we apply the following policy: if you change your mind and want to return the merchandise, we are not obliged to accept your return or to offer a change. Nevertheless, if the product that you have receive is damaged, faulty or not in accordance with our description (for example the features of the product or of the personalization are wrong), in that case you can make use of the legal guarantee of conformity reporting us the lack of conformity that you have found.
